Read Scott Horton's new book Fool's Errand: Time to End the War in Afghanistan

It’s not certain that he’s fired yet, but it doesn’t look good.

We don’t know who 2 of his sources were, but apparently, the one he named, former CIA analyst Larry Johnson, has told the New York Times that he hadn’t even talked to Nap before the story and that the Judge must have misunderstood what he’d heard from an “intermediary source” who’d read a post he’d written on a message board.

Too bad. He’s the best person on TV news by far.

  1. Kristol, Krauthammer and Bolton can lie as much as they please and whose lies bore terrible consequences for all but them.
    Their ugly mugs can’t be eradicated from TV screens, but Judge Napolitano makes one mistake and it’s adios.
