Anthony Gregory

Anthony Gregory is a PhD history student at UC Berkeley, focusing on American legal institutions and theory, U.S. political history in global context, and 20th-century culture. Before returning to school, he did freelance writing and researched at the Independent Institute, for which he wrote numerous articles and two books, The Power of Habeas Corpus in America: From the King's Prerogative to the War on Terror and American Surveillance: Intelligence, Privacy, and the Fourth Amendment.
